Beginner's Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa flow is a journey through your asana practice. Aligning movements with breath creates a rhythmic synchronized connective flow between postures. The breath is the meditation that links the mind, the body, and movement.Join us for this one-hour beginners practice. This practice is devoted to breath and alignment at a beginners pace with a focus on learning each individual pose included in Sun Salutations. Bring your Yoga Mat and Your Enthusiasm.

6 Week Therapeutic Yoga Series
Mondays, 10-11:30amTherapeutic Yoga meets the needs and goals of both beginning and experienced students with varying areas of discomfort and pain. There is an art and a science to movement. Advance your practice in this slower paced class focusing on movement techniques to develop stability, mobility, flexibility and strength. Practice within a pain free range of motion with the use of modifications and props.
The increased ease and connection to the breath will transform your movement and reduce pain on and off the mat. You will be amazed by the results. Reduce pain and discomfort with yoga, a truly healing art.

Chronic pain, defined as pain that has been present for over 3 months, impacts all areas of life. The mind, body, and spirit. Yoga for back pain is a natural means of bringing mind, body and soul back into perfect synchronization. The key to change is body awareness, mindful movements and consistent exploration. This experiential workshop will start you on your way to understanding and managing your back pain with yoga. Yoga empowers you to look inside and begin healing.
No previous experience in yoga is necessary to attend this class. Suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis as well!
